POPPA Inc, Pet Over-Population Prevention Advocates Logo

POPPA, Inc., is an ALL volunteer run a 501(c)3 non-profit organization working to reduce the number of homeless companion animals in Oregon by funding spay/neuter assistance and providing educational info about the need for sterilization of ALL pets BEFORE they reproduce. The money for these services is raised through private individual donations and grant awards.

Over 16,600 companion animal spay or neuter surgeries have happened with POPPA's help since Sept 2001.

You can help save lives and prevent animal abuse and neglect by making a voluntary contribution towards our work. You can donate, shop in our online store or become a volunteer.

See our photo album of past recipients or read some testimonials from those who we have recently helped.

People working together CAN make animals precious again! Help POPPA wipe out animal abuse and neglect by promoting the spay or neuter of ALL pets.
