POPPA, Inc is an independent 501(c)3 non-profit that offers a statewide spay/neuter referral and assistance program for the state of Oregon. We are not affiliated with nor do we receive funding from any Humane Society or County Animal Control. We rely on grants, private donations and plant sales at Recycled Gardens.

Fill out all fields below and a volunteer will respond to your request as quickly as possible. A valid email address is required.

2) Please provide the following info, as it applies:

2A) For cats please provide your pet's sex, approximate age, and name. For females please also specify if they are feral, in heat, pregnant or if they have had any litters and the date of the last litter.

2B) As of January 1st, 2009, we are no longer accepting requests for assistance for the spaying or neutering of dogs.

2C) For rabbits, guinea pigs or ferrets please provide species, sex, approximate age and name.

3) How will you transport your pets to the clinic? (i.e. car, bus, walk, cab, friend)

3B) In the event that we need to send you out of your area to provide the requested level of assistance, please list 3 or more communities in addition to your own where you could take these animals for spay/neuter. As of June 30 2010, we are no longer providing assistance for cats in the Portland Metro Area (Washington, Multnomah or Clackamas counties).
